Production steps

You can also split a single cattail into thin strips and wrap it around the dragon frame for edging, use long cattail as the weft, and weave the bottom in a circle by pressing one and picking one.

- Weaving the basket body: After the base is completed, weave the basket body upwards by coiling the outer circle. Tighten the straw rope every time you glue and stick it. Or after the bottom is completed, continue to weave the basket body in a circular cross-weaving method by pressing one and picking one pattern, so that the basket body is tight and strong.

- Closing treatment: When the basket body is woven to the appropriate height, the outer circle coiling is turned into the inner circle coiling for closing. You can also insert the tail end into the woven rattan to close the edge when the required caliber is woven.
